Branding and Headshot portrait sessions take place in Julia’s studio in Berwyn, PA. In addition to capturing you and your brand in the best light (pun intended!), providing exceptional customer service and an impeccable personal experience for every client is a priority to Julia. She is available to help every step of the way to ensure your experience is second to none!

While she does leave some flexibility for last minute bookings, Julia is often booked months in advance and suggests reserving your date as early as possible to ensure dates are available.

02. Strategy & Styling Consultation

Prior to your session, you and Julia will have a virtual consultation to identify your brand’s needs and create a vision for your visual brand that effectively connects with your target audience. We will explore core brand values, target demographics, and desired emotional image to develop a comprehensive roadmap for compelling imagery.

03. The Session

This is when the magic happens! Our goal? To see YOU and create imagery that resonates, connects, and inspires. During your session, you can expect a seamless and enjoyable experience designed to showcase your unique identity. You’ll arrive at the studio ready to be pampered by our amazing team! We will begin with professional hair and makeup services to ensure you look and feel your best. During your session, Julia will guide you through a series of poses and setups while capturing authentic moments that reflect your brand’s personality and message. Throughout the shoot, our focus will be on capturing authentic moments that resonate with your audience, resulting in stunning images that elevate your brand presence and communicate your story effectively.

04. The Final Images

Immediately following your session, you will move to the viewing area where you will select your most powerful images. We’ll provide a curated selection of the best shots, allowing you to see the results of our collaborative efforts firsthand. As you review the images, Julia will be on hand to offer guidance and insights, helping you choose the photos that best capture your brand’s essence and align with your vision. After selecting your images, they will be individually retouched with precision and detail and delivered to you digitally within just a few weeks.
